For nearly two decades, I worked at one of the world’s largest professional services firms, helping leaders navigate brand identity and communication challenges.
I saw what worked—and, more importantly, what didn’t—at the highest levels. I learned how to turn big ideas into action. I realized that even billion-dollar companies struggle with clarity, storytelling, and standing out.
I also saw the gap. Corporate branding was polished, but impersonal. Strategic, but forgettable. And it often lacked heart.
